Connecting a disconnected world.

SEVEN INTERFACES | FULLY INTEGRATED
Students – Students have immediate access to every aspect of their own learning plan, a personal assistant to help them manage the information they need to succeed, and an AI project manager / time management coach to help them learn organization skills. CES LINKS has a self-navigation tool to support each student in personal advocacy as well as tool for the learner to write their own curriculum, self-assess, self-monitor, self-direct, and become self-motivated for their own goals in life.
Instructors – Instructors and teachers have direct ways to interact with students on learning activities – saving time and streamlining ways to deliver learning activities. They also have access to their own professional development and time management coach, giving instructors a personal assistant to manage communication and their own productivity.
Parents- Parents and guardians easily connect with instructors, administrators, and any adult working with their child. The system includes a personal assistant to make sure they meet all of their own deadlines and help them discover more ways to be an active part of their children’s learning.
Administrator – Improves and simplifies real-time access to instructors like never before, so students’ learning experience is significantly improved, too. CES LINKS has a built-in AI coach for time management and project management to support everything from a school capital campaign to a typical strategic lesson plan. The system is built to support compliance and excellence, integrating access to administrators’ HR support, payroll, State/Province compliance requirements, and even routine tasks like food ordering, security, and attendance. It is a comprehensive education system (CES) the range of which is most appreciable at this level.
Community – Connects to community members who do not work for the school but still are connected to our learners. These individuals might be coaches, doctors, counselors, mentors, tutors, or family and child services specialists. Approved users have a login to allow them to input relevant and important information about our learners, yet these individuals have no access to student data or other interfaces.
Ancillary Services – Connects to staff and team members of a school community that impact the flow of the school day and the building plant and safety. These individuals might be kitchen staff, security, custodial, grounds crew, busing, or office staff. This is a log in to allow them to input information about the schedule, building, or menu to support logistics in a school system. A smooth information system means a better education for our learners.
Public – This is a public information portal allowing community members who want to learn more about what is happening at our school to stay connected. It promotes transparency while protecting student and other persons privacy.
